No one likes a judgment that isn't in their favor. Especially if they specifically altered the law of the land to allow that judgment to be considered in the first place. So it is no surprise that some extremist Republicans are unhappy with some recent court decisions. But as Anomalous Data and the Instapundit point out, some of the recent rhetoric is scary.
Not only are these people blatantly hypocritical, they are coming dangerously close to shouting "Fire!" in a crowded theater. Or at least "commit murder!" in a country where there are numerous right wing nutcases happy to do their bidding... When the next Oklahoma bombing or assassination of a judge or relation occurs, that blood will be, in part, on the hands of these politicians.
Update: At least one Republican has his head on straight. In this case we see the Senate acting as a more mature check for the House, so I suppose we'll soon hear speeches from the House sanctifying violence against Senators...
