I was in a casual setting last night, talking to a bunch of Microsoft people. One of them casually commented that his work wasn't targeted at “20th level dragon slayers”.

I asked if he was a role-player, thinking that would be a good turn of conversation. He looked at me blankly, replying “What?”

At this point I knew he was no role-player, but I re-asked the question - “Are you a role-player? I thought you might be with the reference to a 20th level dragon slayer.”

“Oh, I don't play those kind of games. I got that from a design meeting we had the other day.”

Only in a true geek company could you have official design meetings where the phrase “20th level dragon slayer” gets tossed around as a common thing. ;)
